Innovative Analytics & Training Names Neal Duckworth as Senior Analyst
WASHINGTON – Innovative Analytics & Training LLC (Innovative Analytics), a privately-held company that specializes in expert and technical data sources and employs advanced methods to assist organizations in analysis, research, training and new media support, appointed retired U.S. Marine Corps officer Neal Duckworth as senior analyst. Duckworth has more than 22 years of experience in intelligence, operations, strategic planning and policy development.
“Neal was the natural choice to help us grow the security, counterintelligence and human intelligence business areas in Innovative Analytics,” said Richard Raftery, executive vice president of Innovative Analytics & Training. “He brings the energy and creativity we need to assist the intelligence community and private sector.”
Before retiring, Duckworth served as the head of Marine Corps Counterintelligence (CI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Ground Intelligence Plans and Policy. He planned, directed and conducted CI activities, HUMINT operations and risk assessments throughout the world including Bosnia, Afghanistan and Iraq. While deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, he served as a combat advisor to the Iraqi Army, as well as serving on the staff of Multi-National Forces-West as the senior CI/HUMINT officer in western Iraq.
Duckworth earned a bachelor’s in international service from The American University and a master’s in national security and strategic studies from the Naval War College.
